Virginia Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, doesn’t think that she died by suicide.

This isn’t the first time Roberts has spoken out following his daughter’s sudden death last week. Roberts and Giuffre’s lawyer, Karrie Louden, have also called for an investigation into her death.

Louden told The Sun on Monday, April 28, that there were “big question marks” surrounding her client’s passing.

“When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’” she said at the time. “Because there was no sign that that was something she was considering.”

Giuffre died at age 41 on Thursday, April 24.

Virginia is survived by her three kids, Christian, Noah and Emily, whom she shares with estranged husband Robert Giuffre.

Her family’s statement detailed Virginia’s tenacity to “fight back against those who had abused her and so many others.”

Their message concluded: “There are no words that can express the grave loss we feel today with the passing of our sweet Virginia. She was heroic and will always be remembered for her incredible courage and loving spirit. In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight. We know that she is with the angels.”

News of Virginia’s death came nearly a month after she was hospitalized for a near-fatal car crash. She was subsequently released from the hospital.

Prior to her death, Virginia was known for accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault in 2019. She alleged at the time that she met the royal family member through late billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew has continued to vehemently deny any wrongdoing.

Virginia subsequently filed a lawsuit against Andrew. They settled in court in 2022 for an undisclosed sum of money.
